Both cameras record in True 2.5K Quad HD with HDR for clear, sharp footage from sunrise to sunset, in all weather conditions. The rear camera captures common rear-end incidents, tailgating and damage caused to the rear end of your car when parked. The rear camera is also equipped with a STARVIS 2 sensor making it ideal for night driving or poorly lit streets.
The AUTO580 comes with a 12V hard-wiring kit that enables Integrated Smart Parking Mode, delivering sentry-style protection for your vehicle while you’re away. Clever front and rear motion detection will capture a hit or suspicious activity occurring at both the front and back of your vehicle. Also view your vehicle’s battery voltage while in parking mode.
Tailgating Warnings alert you when drivers get too close behind to help you react sooner, while Smart Safety Camera Alerts adjust based on your speed - the faster you're driving, the earlier the alert. There’s also Average Speed Camera Alerts and Premium Driver Alerts add warnings for speed zone changes on motorways and accident blackspots.
Also Extended Recording Mode cuts file sizes by 50%, so you can record and store twice as much and EZYSHARE via Wi-Fi lets you instantly send video to your smartphone so it’s ready to share via email or to social media. Also includes GPS Tagged Video and a Supercapacitor for reliable performance in hot weather.
