Navman launches simply irresistible MOVE and EZY GPS models

User-friendly, affordable and packed with essentials drivers young and old will love

Popular for their simplified menu screens and incredible value for money, Navman has released its latest MOVE and EZY sat-navs. The MOVE85LM and EZY400LMT are the perfect affordable GPS choices for both learner and older drivers who may prefer to keep their sat-nav technology straightforward but appreciate the useful features of a standalone GPS, such as free lifetime map updates, spoken safety alerts, built-in multi-language options, or live traffic found on the EZY400LMT.

“These simple to use devices are designed to make driving easier no matter what your age. For example new drivers already have enough to work out when heading on the road, such as getting familiar with school zones, deciphering signs, and simply learning how to get around. It just makes sense that their first GPS is easy to use and includes helpful features to keep them safe,” said Wendy Hammond, Managing Director Navman Australia and New Zealand.

“It is also illegal for P-plate drivers in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland to use their mobile phone in any way when driving, including hands-free and Bluetooth* so only a standalone GPS can provide this guidance and information.  Best of all for under $139 these GPS won’t put teenagers or their parents out of pocket.”

Both products offer valuable features to help make driving easier and safer, such as Landmark Guidance which uses objects such as petrol stations, traffic lights, and churches to guide; and a mileage reporter to help learner drivers record travel distances for their logbooks.

“Our EZY and MOVE models are also great for drivers who want to keep it simple and straight to the point with simplified menu screens that feature fewer and larger icons making them a breeze to navigate through.  Also people who don’t speak English as a first language will love the fact that these sat- navs include a variety of pre-loaded languages on the device. This includes Chinese, Italian, Greek, Turkish and Japanese,” added Wendy.

Both the Navman MOVE85LM and EZY400LMT have generous 5” touchscreens and additionally include superior features such as 3D Junction Views and lane guidance so drivers don’t miss any important turn-offs, safety alerts that will actually tell drivers there is a school zone or speed camera ahead, tunnel simulation that ensures the GPS signal isn’t lost when travelling in a tunnel and lifetime map updates for the latest driving information.

The Navman EZY400LMT includes even more great features such as Bluetooth Hands-free, New Zealand maps and a plethora of traffic information such as Live Traffic and Smart Route that uses historical traffic data to provide the best route to avoid traffic congestions at any given day or time.

The Navman MOVE85LM has an RRP of $139 while the Navman EZY400LMT has an RRP of $169. Both products include a one year warranty and will be available at all major electronics retailers from mid-July.
